Since inception, ASHIC has taken a slow but structured approach to introducing new programs for the children.  The objective has always been to find better ways of taking care of the children's needs.  Sometimes it has been with medication that a child required, sometimes just a toy that they coveted or sometimes even just be taken for a long drive.  In each and every arena, ASHIC has tried to touch their lives and it continues work on developing new projects.  

The most recent ASHIC program to be introduced is the Palliative Care Unit, the first of its kind in the country.  Funded by
